Audi’s A1 was only officially unveiled at the 2010 Geneva motor show, but such is the plethora of new Ingolstadt product on the way that an A1 E-tron electric concept shared the stage with the production supermini. Yes, after the R8-based concept and the R4-previewing show car, and Audi wants E-tron to become a zero emissions brand in its own right, just as the Quattro tag is inexorably linked to its four-wheel drive models.
Nissan unveiled the grown-up-looking Rogue SUV at the Frankfurt motor show on Tuesday. The second-best-selling vehicle in Nissan's lineup will sticker for $23,350 when it goes on sale in November. Every Rogue will come with Nissan's 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine making 170 hp and 175 lb-ft of torque.

Mitsubishi is investigating the feasibility of bringing its 350Z-rivalling Eclipse to the UK. Accountants are busy with the calculators right now but sources reckon it’s looking increasingly likely that both the 2+2 coupe and convertible will be in UK showrooms by early next year. A 2.4-litre 162bhp four backed by a five-speed gearbox kicks off the range, supplemented by a 263bhp 3.8-litre V6.
